Well hey there Sookie! You’re smelling nice as always.How’ve you been?
I have been keeping busy at Merlotte’s. Have you been taking the night shifts?
I do as much as I can these days, tryin’ to save up some money so I can move out of Bill’s house. Eric is actually lettin’ me pick up some shifts over at Fangtasia, too. Vampire waitresses at Merlotte’s don’t exactly get the best tips, ya know.

Forewarning: my replies will be slow at best this week you guys. I’m on Spring Break aka vacation, so I’ll be spending very little time in front of the computer this week! But rest assured, I’ll be back to normal schedule by the end of the coming weekend. I’ll get my stuff with Kayla, Sookie, and Eric all sorted out!

I hate goin’ to bed with so much on my mind, I alway get the craziest dreams. These days, there aren’t many days that I don’t have shit on my mind though. You’d think that in a small town like this a girl would be bored to death before she’d be complainin’ about having too much on her plate. Quick way to fix that: become a vampire. My life has changed so dramatically since bein made…most days it feels more like I was born than made. Sure, I can save whoever I want and make sure nothin’ happens to the people I care about, but someone might fall in love with you because of it! Oh, and then what if another person is in love with you, but doesn’t understand how it feels to be a vampire? Too bad, vamper problems. And then you go and get a crush on your boss? Not to mention that you have to deal with psycho vampire Kings, werewolves, and fucking witches all threatenin’ you around every corner.
Sometimes I wonder what it’d be like to be with another vampire. Feed all night, then have someone to go to ground with in the morning. Goin’ to ground is probably my loneliest time of the night.
Oh well, snap out of it, Hamby! Tomorrow is another day. And if I don’t get to sleep soon I’ll start bleedin’ out of weird places and no one wants to see that.

Hey, speakin’ of which, got any need for a cocktail waitress? Nights at Merlotte’s have been pretty slow the past few weeks, and Sam’s keepin’ me part-time as is. Think I could pick up some shifts at Fangtasia?
Uh….*pauses and ponders thought* We don’t exactly serve food, but you can always check ids and do some bar tending on a few nights.
I can sling a pretty good drink.
Alright. You can start tomorrow night. Someone will train you and I’ll keep watch.
Thanks, Eric. I totally owe you one. It’ll be nice to actually walk around with my fangs out instead of being worried all the time that they’ll pop out and get me in trouble.
